Biography
I have been a lifelong athlete, teacher, and coach. I enjoy the lessons learned through physical effort, dedication, team work, and commitment to sports. GSA has given me the opportunity to coach many fine athletes and to help guide them to excellence both on and off the playing fields. 30+ years coaching varsity baseball; 20+ years coaching varsity soccer; freshman basketball coach; 30 years of conducting summer baseball clinics and coaching various summer baseball teams; inducted into the University of Maine Sports Hall of Fame (2005); inducted into the State of Maine Baseball Hall of Fame (2016). I have been a lifelong resident of the town of Surry. For nearly three decades, I have been married to my wife, Amie. I also have a son, Nicholas, who attended GSA and was a three-sport athlete. During my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
