Driver’s Education Information
**Please note that the cost has gone up from $555 to $585 To offset rising prices of gas, maintenance and insurance.** To register, please call Julie or Dan at Driver’s Edge at (207) 356-9833 to sign up and receive the necessary paperwork. The course fee is $585 and does not include the permit test. The permit test costs $39.95 for AAA members and $49.95 for non-members. Registration is first-come, first-served, so early sign-up is encouraged. Orientation will be held in the Library. A parent or guardian must be present for orientation. Classes will take place in Ms. Richards’ Room (Room 162). Schedule: June 15 – Orientation: 5:30–7:00 PM June 16 – Class 1: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM June 17 – Class 2: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM July 27 – Permit Test: 9:00–11:00 AM
Parking Notice: Please park in the lot by the old store (Merrill and Hinckley’s) for orientation and all Driver’s Ed classes. Construction will be taking place near the gym, and that area must remain clear of pedestrians. Thank you!
