  • Our own team of chefs create delicious, healthful meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for boarding students, and lunch for day students, though students also have the option of bringing lunch from home or buying something from Merrill and Hinckley, a store right on campus. On weekends, our chefs prepare brunch and dinner for boarding students.

          The chefs at GSA have experience cooking a wide range of Asian, European, and American foods, and are happy to create meals that make our dining room feel a little bit more like home. We even have our own baker on staff. Most of our food is prepared from scratch, and we even source some produce locally.

          Even with all the great options provided by our chefs, sometimes boarding students want to go out for dinner, and they have that option. Within walking distance, they'll find a healthfood cooperative with take-out foods; a seasonal seafood, burger, and ice cream take-out; a Thai restaurant; cafes, and four other casual and fine-dining options.
