Day Students from Peninsula Sending Towns
GSA admits all qualified students from our peninsula’s sending towns—Blue Hill, Brooklin, Brooksville, Castine, Penobscot, Sedgwick, and Surry—who can benefit from our programs and would like to be part of a vibrant learning community. We encourage every high school-aged student from these towns to explore GSA’s traditional and nontraditional academic programs; our athletics, arts, and other extracurricular activities; as well as our small and inclusive school community, and to consider enrolling.
To apply, click the Apply Now! button. Once your application is reviewed, we will follow up with you about registering for classes.
Day Students from Other Towns that Support School Choice
Any resident in a town without its own high school is encouraged to apply to GSA. This includes the towns of Orland, Franklin, Hancock, and Trenton. Tuition for these families above what the town pays is $1,700. Please see Our Financial Commitment to Financial Assistance below.
Day Students from Towns without School Choice
Residents of towns without school choice may still attend George Stevens Academy. The full tuition for these students, $14,500 for the 2022-23 school year, is the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
Our Commitment to Financial Assistance
We are committed to working closely with every prospective and current family to make attending GSA possible. Financial assistance is available. We also work with each family to create a payment plan that fits the needs of each family.
